Concept Stage
The Concept Stage is the first step in your journey with MAD Building and Renovation Designs. During this phase, Belinda engages with you to discuss your project requirements and vision. This includes site visits, council searches, and measuring the existing site if plans are unavailable. We ensure a comprehensive understanding of your needs to create a tailored design. Not all projects need this stage, if you know what you would like and where you could possibly start at the Building Application Stage.

3D Modelling & Visualisation
Our 3D modelling and visualisation services allow you to see your project in detail before construction begins. This helps ensure that the design meets your expectations and allows for any necessary changes to be made before construction starts.

Building Application Stage
The Building Application Stage is where Belinda will produce a set of technical plans for the Builder, Energy Assessor, Engineer, Certifier and any other professional that may need to provide more information due to regulations on the property. Once the plans are produced, we can now move onto the next stage of building approval permits.
